Can my husband view the website and use your training information without violating the terms of use? He does most of the riding and training, but I purchased the membership in my name because I handle the ranch office work and finances.

Yes, two of your family members may access the videos.
However, if too many different IP addresses try to access the videos the membership software automatically locks your account.
